Dynamic Computer Network Defense Course (DCNDC)
Background
The Dynamic Computer Network Defense Course is designed to increase the expertise and performance of your employees to result in outstanding improvement in the management of computer systems, networks and security, and staff.
(Customized Staff Assessment + Targeted Staff Training + Cybersecurity Mentorship Program)
Customized Staff Assessment (CSA) includes a Self-assessment and one-on-one interview. Output results in identifying missing knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA). With management input and approval, KSAs are used to customize TST.
Targeted Staff Training (TST) results in Motivated, experienced, and trained staff. Output from CSA and TST help define CMP.
Cybersecurity Mentorship Program (CMP) results in Sustained computer network defense people and business operations.
Target Audience

Timeline
Week 1 - CNDG conducts kick off meeting. - CNDG creates self-assessment based on customer’s HR goals and business objectives. - CNDG delivers Self-Assessment to customer. - Customer completes Self-Assessment and returns to CNDG for analysis. - CNDG identifies on-site and virtual one-on-one interviewees. - CNDG begins virtual one-on-one interviews. - CNDG begins CMP development. - CNDG begins mapping results from CSA to KSAs and KSAs to TST. - CNDG sends customer first weekly status report. Week 2 - CNDG completes virtual one-on-one interviews. - CNDG begins creating TST curriculum. - CNDG and customer review and approve TST curriculum. - CNDG sends customer second weekly status report. Week 3 - CNDG arrives on-site and conducts DCND-C in-brief. - CNDG beings on-site one-on-one interviews. - CNDG begins TST. - CNDG maps output of TST to CMP. - CNDG delivers CMP. - CNDG conducts DCND-C out-brief.
